Executive Director of Operations

Location: Bozeman, Montana (Bozeman Site) 

The Role: The Executive Director serves as the operational head of the church, ensuring that the Lead Pastor is free to focus on spiritual leadership, preaching, and vision. While ensuring proper alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Springhill, this role provides the structure, accountability, and financial stewardship necessary for the church’s ministries to thrive across both the Legacy and Bozeman Sites. Worship Director/ Pastor

Location: Bozeman, Montana (Primarily Bozeman Site)

The Role: The Worship Pastor/ Director serves as the primary architect of the church’s corporate worship at both our Legacy and Bozeman Sites with a particular emphasis in Bozeman. This role ensures that every element of worship—music, liturgy, prayer, proclamation, and sacrament— is a faithful, seamless expression of praise to God. Childcare Staff

Location: Bozeman, Montana (One position at the Legacy site, Two positions at the Bozeman site)

The Role: Childcare staff partners with the Children’s Ministry team and parents to help young children experience the love of Jesus in a safe and nurturing environment. This position provides consistent, reliable care for infants and toddlers (ages six weeks–three years old) during Sunday worship services and select special events.
