Communications Director (Full-time)

Location: Bozeman, Montana (Bozeman Site) 

The Role: Springhill Church is seeking a dynamic Communications Director to align our internal and external voice with our core mission, vision and values. This person will understand how to employ website, app, email, text, and print tactics, in order to ensure that the Gospel message is culturally fluent and prayerful executed. Worship Director/ Pastor (Full-time)

Location: Bozeman, Montana (Primarily Bozeman Site)

The Role: The Worship Pastor/ Director serves as the primary architect of the church’s corporate worship at both our Legacy and Bozeman Sites with a particular emphasis in Bozeman. This role ensures that every element of worship—music, liturgy, prayer, proclamation, and sacrament— is a faithful, seamless expression of praise to God. Childcare Staff

Location: Bozeman, Montana (Both Sites)

The Role: Childcare staff partners with the Children’s Ministry team and parents to help young children experience the love of Jesus in a safe and nurturing environment. This position provides consistent, reliable care for infants and toddlers (ages six weeks–three years old) during Sunday worship services and select special events.
