Do you have communication needs?
If you have a Springhill event that needs to be promoted to the congregation, please fill out a Communication Plan Request Form so that we can promote the event in a timely manner.
Please submit a Communication Plan Request Form at least ONE month prior to the date of your event/opportunity. If you need a promotional video, submit this form at least TWO months prior to your desired air date. Please include as many details as possible to help us properly and accurately promote your event. The Communications Director will follow up with you within two business days of your request. You will then receive information on when and where you can expect to see your opportunity appear.
If this is for an event that will be held at a Springhill site, you must also fill out a Building Request Form. If you are interested in or have any questions about reserving a room for an event, class, wedding, or memorial service, please contact the church office at 406.582.8000 or email our Business Administrator. In order to book a room for an event, a Building Request Form must be completed and returned to the office at least 30 working days prior to the event.
